I have experience with marketing strategy, customer experience design workshops and value proposition development and optimization. I am a trained workshop facilitator on these topics.
I am currently employed by Microsoft, working on this blog and a book on customer experience strategy on the side. I am available to speak at conferences or help through short-term assignments in the areas mentioned above.
